Justin Brodin is an expert in brand strategy and experience design, employing 10 years of professional experience to help breakthrough clients analyze, develop, and grow their businesses in a way that fosters the ultimate brand experience for their customers.

Prior to his career as a consultant and coach, Justin worked in the action sports entertainment industry where he founded his first film business, Toy Soldier Productions, while still in college. In just 3 years, Justin led his crew through production of 3 feature films and built an internationally recognized brand. The crew premiered their works to sold-out venues, distributed films and branded apparel to more than 40 countries worldwide and in 2012, the team was awarded "North American Film of the Year" by the International Freeski Film Festival.

Justin then turned his focus to advertising, co-founding his second venture, Umbrella Co. Media House. Justin operated as Creative Director and Executive Producer for the company where he oversaw production of advertising content for clients including The North Face, Arcteryx, and OtterBox.   

It was while working in the advertising sector that Justin discovered his passion for consulting and after working closely with several clients to further develop their brands, decided to pursue the career full-time.  

In addition to his consulting career, Justin works as a mentor to aspiring young men, focusing on personal improvement and effectiveness, and filling knowledge gaps as they enter adulthood.

Justin is based Bozeman, MT and spends his free time traveling and photographing his adventures.
